Developing Cultural Proficiency
Trends indicate that Americans will face new challenges and opportunities in the workplace as minorities, immigrants and an aging population continue to alter the demographic landscape.
Deborah's program, Diversity and Demographics, provides some simple strategies to develop cultural proficiency, an ability to see the difference; respond positively, and engage and adapt.
Deborah customizes the demographic information in the course based on the locale as well as needs and interests of the audience.
This program can very in length, depending on your organization's needs. It is offered in NC as a four-hour elective.
