Deborah Long's research on the ethical maturity of real estate agents provoked a lightning storm of interest and controversy.

          Since 1994, she has traveled around the United States, sharing her research, expertise and provocative insights with real estate professionals, interior designers, architects, state regulators, accountants, appraisers, surveyors, engineers and corporate executives.  The Wall Street Journal, the Chicago Tribune, and national radio programs have lauded her work with licensed professionals. 

           A career educator and international speaker, Deborah has been certified as an ethics trainer by the Josephson Institute of Ethics.  She has also served as a  Distinguished Lecturer on Ethics for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.  Deborah was also recognized as North Carolina's Real Estate Educator of the Year by the NC Real Estate Educators Association (NCREEA).  NCREEA also awarded her "Program of the Year" for her ethics course, "For Your Own Good."

         Deborah is the editor of the REEA Journal, read by over 1500 real estate instructors, regulators, and school owners around the U.S. and Canada.

         In addition to workshops on ethics, Deborah's programs on cultural diversity, E-Commerce, Internet research techniques, investment fundamentals, and other continuing education seminars and instructor development workshops are powerful and engaging.
