This program for real estate educators or members of Professional Standards Committees who wish to teach adults ethical decision making skills received the Real Estate Educators Association's award for Best Single Education Program in the U.S. in 1996.
This program can be offered in three to seven-hour
formats. Participants learn how to recognize the ethical maturity
of their students; develop effective teaching techniques for enhancing

Initially presented at a Real Estate Educators
Association national conference, this 1 to 3- hour program is designed
to review the tumultuous changes real estate educators are facing in their
classroom, particularly the age wave; the dramatic increase in minority
and immigrant students; the increasing use of technology for teaching and

How to Use Movie and TV Clips to Enhance Your Class
This 1 to 3-hour program provides a review of
adult learning styles, with emphasis on visual learners and their characteristics.
The instructor shares an exciting variety of clips from movies and television
and the Internet to demonstrate a variety of real estate issues and topics.
