The Update course is NOT offered online and must be taken "live" no later than June 10, 2009.
Topics this year include a summary of NCAR forms changes; new rules; material facts; and disclosure duties. |

| This course is required of virtually all brokers-in-charge (BIC).
This course must be completed by June 10th, 2009. It is NOT available on-line.
BICs must also take the Mandatory Update. BICS who do not complete their CE requirements run the risk of having their brokerage firm license cancelled.

Every REALTOR must take 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training every four years. The current quadrennial requirement ends Dec. 31, 2008. Before enrolling in this course, please check with your local Association of REALTORS to make sure you need this course.
This course meets the NAR requirement and will earn continuing education in NC and other states..
